*I just found this unpublished post from earlier in the year: may be helpful for Resolution setters!*

About 7 weeks ago, I was lucky enough to win 8 weeks of coaching with the AMAZING Ash Cowper at Habit Co. Nutrition. WOW - How lucky am I to have met this truly awesome (in the original sense of the word) lady! I don't think I've met anyone that can spin so many plates so gracefully, and who is so giving and motivating in a really kind and gentle way. She's a true gem who just genuinely wants to help people be the very best they can.

After coming off the back end of another F45 8 Week Challenge, I'd done the typical eat alllll the food and BAKE ALL THE THINGS (because lockdown), and this really couldn't have come at a better time. I know that I can be disciplined, and that I can make positive choices that get me to my goal, but sometimes I just get a bit waylaid and need a little help.

Boy have I got that in spades! The absolute beauty to Ash's approach is looking at what you already do well, then tweaking a little to make sustainable and beneficial choices - and as we know the little things ARE the big things and I'm so pleased with the mental shifts that have happened.

One thing that Ash first talked about was about changing of habits. What she said was then repeated in a podcast I listened to on a walk, and was AGAIN brought up in a booklet I was sent that helps teachers during this unusual time.
