Happy New Year!

2020 saw a massive world event in the COVID-19 pandemic. The biggest disruption that directly affected me was a 4ish (I can’t remember the specifics) week lockdown - which I really enjoyed.

But I also need to remind myself that while we were all on the same sea, in the same storm, everyone’s vessel was different. Some had luxury liners, while others had inflatable dinghies. I need to remind myself of this because I’ve been reacting to everyone’s ‘middle finger to 2020’ posts. My brain is not quite comprehending why and how so many people can be so negative! I’m working on regarding these posts with neutrality - not good, not bad, just is.
